1. Shipping Time & Costs

Eletronbike operates its own factory and warehouse in Spain, offering free shipping to most regions in Spain,France, and Portugal.

2. Product Packaging

All Eletronbike electric bicycles are shipped in reinforced, eco-friendly cardboard boxes with:

  • Custom foam inserts to protect frames and components.

  • Water-resistant inner lining.

  • Separately secured accessories (e.g., charger, tools) in labeled compartments.

  • Visible handling warnings (e.g., "Fragile," "This Side Up").


3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Order Processing Time:
    All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Delays of 1-2 days may occur during peak seasons.

  • Package Tracking:

    • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

    • Track your order in real-time in our website.


4. Duties & Taxes

  • Within the EU:
    All products are manufactured in Spain, and prices include VAT. No additional import duties apply.


5. Delivery & Inspection

  • Upon Delivery:

    1. Inspect the package exterior for damage in the courier’s presence.

    2. Verify all components against the packing list/manual.

  • If Issues Arise:

    • Damage/Missing Parts: Immediately take photos/videos and email support@eletronbike.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.

    • Lost Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of marked delivery.
