2-Year Warranty
For electric bicycles purchased directly from Eletronbike, we provide a 2-year warranty against quality-related issues or non-human-caused defects, effective from the delivery date.
2. Warranty Coverage & Duration
2.1 Service Guidelines

Within 15 days of delivery:
For any product with manufacturing quality issues, you may choose a full refund, a replacement, or a new part exchange. -
15 days to 2 years post-delivery:
Free repairs are available.-
For customers in Spain: Visit our local service centers.

For remote locations: Ship the product to our factory at your expense (shipping costs borne by the customer).

Beyond 2 years:
Paid repairs and replacement parts are available (customer covers all costs).
