2-Year Warranty

For electric bicycles purchased directly from Eletronbike, we provide a 2-year warranty against quality-related issues or non-human-caused defects, effective from the delivery date.


2. Warranty Coverage & Duration

2.1 Service Guidelines

  • Within 15 days of delivery:
    For any product with manufacturing quality issues, you may choose a full refund, a replacement, or a new part exchange.

  • 15 days to 2 years post-delivery:
    Free repairs are available.

    • For customers in Spain: Visit our local service centers.

    • For remote locations: Ship the product to our factory at your expense (shipping costs borne by the customer).

  • Beyond 2 years:
    Paid repairs and replacement parts are available (customer covers all costs).

2.2 Component Warranty Details

3. Warranty Eligibility & Process

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

  1. Products must be purchased directly from Eletronbike.com.
    (For distributor/retailer purchases, pls refer to their warranty policies.)

  2. Valid proof of purchase required (e-receipt, invoice, or order number).

  3. The product serial number/barcode must be legible.

3.2 Service Process

  1. Email support@eletronbike.com with:

    • Detailed issue description

    • Photos/videos of the problem

  2. Our team will respond within 24 working hours.


4. Exclusions

4.1 Non-Covered Scenarios

Damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, overloading, or improper use (e.g., submerging >10cm underwater)

  • Unauthorized modifications or non-OEM parts (e.g., third-party batteries)

  • Failure to perform basic maintenance (e.g., no motor inspection every 6 months)

  • Cosmetic wear (paint scratches, sticker peeling) or consumables (brake pads, chains)

4.2 Legal Exemptions

  1. Force majeure events (wars, natural disasters).

  2. Government-mandated product recalls.
