Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?And how can I get my order confirmation email resent?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, make sure to check your spam folder (and also the “Promotions” tab in Gmail). Or if you subscribed our store by email, you can sign in to "My Account." If you have any questions or would still prefer an email, please contact us at support@eletronbike.com to request that your invoice be resent.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled or changed if it has not shipped without any cost.
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was not shipped at that time, the processing fee will not be charged. If you cancel orders that have entered the shipping process, the cancellation will be charged some processing fee. That is charged by the Express. Thank you for your understanding.
Change of Address: There is no fee for address changes before shipping.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of €50. Eletronbike will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems if the ebike has been used.

When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Delays of 1-2 days may occur during peak seasons. And it takes 5-7 business days to deliver.
Do we need to assemble the Bike by ourselves?
Yes, you may need to complete some basic assembly, altgought our ebike is assembled at 85%. Don’t worry about this. Because we will provide instruction manual, video and custom support for you. We will makes sure everyone can enjoy the fun of riding.
What if the ebike I received was damaged during transportation?
Don't worry. Eletronbike is always here. Please do not hesitate to contact us. You can also check our warranty and return policy for more details.
Where do your warehouses locate? Do you support to pick up service?
Our warehouses locate in Murcia Spain. However, we do not support pick up service at present.
